My stay at Relais Alcova Del Doge in Mira was a delightful blend of history and comfort. The intimate atmosphere crafted by hosts Michela and Sabrina truly captured the essence of Venetian charm, with each piece of furniture exuding a sense of old-world elegance. The room, facing either the canal or the garden, provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the Brenta Riviera.The staff, especially Sabrina and Michela, were warm and accommodating, ensuring our late-night arrival was seamless and stress-free. The cozy rooms were well-equipped, boasting spacious bathrooms and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The proximity to Venice, just a short distance from the ferryboat, made it a convenient base for our excursions to the city, while the nearby restaurants offered delicious dining options.Exploring Mira and its surroundings, steeped in rich history and natural beauty, was a highlight of my trip. From the serene walks along the Brenta River to the opulent Venetian Villas dotting the landscape, there was a sense of awe-inspiring tranquility everywhere we went. The proximity to Padua and Venice allowed for easy day trips, while the charming town of Mira itself offered a glimpse into traditional Venetian life. The combination of elegance, comfort, and history made it a perfect retreat for art enthusiasts and history buffs alike. I highly recommend this charming hotel to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in the heart of the Riviera del Brenta.
